Our Mission: Tattoo Care with Impact

Gentle Care, Vibrant Tattoos, Smoother Healing

The New Standard for Tattoo Aftercare.

Tattoo healing has always been a bit of a grind, the itchiness, the dryness, the trial-and-error with soaps that were never actually made for tattoos.

That never sat right with us.

The Collector's Realization

The journey started in New Braunfels, Texas. Our founder, Colby Colquitt—a dedicated tattoo collector and aftercare obsessive—realized that no one had truly solved a fundamental problem: there wasn't a high-quality bar soap created specifically to care for tattoos. So, he went to work, testing formula after formula until he crafted the perfect one—gentle enough for fresh ink, but powerful enough to calm the skin and make the entire process smoother. That formula became the original Banger Bar, and it changed the game for collectors.

The Artist's Shift

The second realization, and the one that truly defined our mission, came from the artists themselves. Shops started asking for our bars in bulk to hand to their clients. It became clear that the real gap in the market wasn't just on the collector's shelf, but on the artist's station. There was no professional-grade product that an artist could confidently send their clients home with.

That’s when we shifted our focus. We knew that to truly support the industry, we had to start with the artists who make it thrive. We developed our Banger Bars in bulk and created our Certified Banger Aftercare Kits to give professionals a complete, reliable system that matched the quality of their art.

More Than a Product: A Movement

Today, Banger Tattoo Care is more than just a product line—it’s our commitment to the tattoo community. We are an artist-first brand, dedicated to creating tools that protect your work and elevate your craft. We're here to celebrate every victory in tattooing: graduating an apprenticeship, opening new doors, hosting a flash event for a cause, and every milestone in between.

Our mission is simple: Tattoo Care with Impact. Through our products, our actions, and our support for the community, we’re setting the new standard for aftercare.
