Processing Times

Order Placed Ships
Before 11:00 AM CST, Monday through Friday Same business day
After 11:00 AM CST, Monday through Friday Next business day
Saturday or Sunday Following Monday

Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotional periods, or holidays. You will receive an email notification if your order is delayed.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Example: Next Day Air placed on Friday delivers Monday. 3-Day Air placed on Wednesday delivers Monday.


PO Boxes, Military Addresses and U.S. Territories

All shipments to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories ship via USPS Priority Mail.

  • FREE shipping over $30 applies to all these addresses
  • Expedited options including Next Day and 2-Day are not available for these addresses
  • Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on USPS schedules and location

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Real-time SMS tracking updates are available by opting in at checkout. Track your order anytime through your account dashboard or the link in your confirmation email.

Tracking numbers may take 12 to 24 hours to show movement after you receive your shipping notification.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. Your carrier will be displayed at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.


International Shipping

International shipping is coming soon.

We currently do not ship to international destinations or freight forwarders and package consolidation services.


Order Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. If the package is still missing contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at colby@bangertattoocare.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. A stolen package report or affidavit may be required for replacement consideration.

Damaged Packages

Inspect your package upon delivery. If the box is visibly damaged take photos before opening. Contact us within 48 hours with photos at colby@bangertattoocare.com for a replacement or refund.

Delayed Shipments

Carrier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volume. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.


Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing colby@bangertattoocare.com
  • After the 1-hour window we cannot guarantee changes as orders may have already shipped
  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees

Future International Orders — Customs, Duties and Taxes

When international shipping launches the following will apply:

  • You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country
  • These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
