FREE Standard Shipping on All U.S. Orders Over $30
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Processing Times
Orders placed before 11:00 AM CST: Ship same business day (Monday-Friday)
Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST: Ship next business day
Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed Saturday-Sunday ship on the following Monday
Note: Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotional periods, or holidays. We'll notify you via email if your order is delayed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days | FREE over $30 / Flat rate under $30
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days | Calculated at checkout
Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days | Calculated at checkout
Next Day Air: 1 business day | Calculated at checkout
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. For example: Next Day Air placed on Friday delivers Monday; 3-Day Air placed on Wednesday delivers Monday.
Special Shipping Considerations
PO Boxes, Military Addresses & U.S. Territories:
All shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for reliable tracking.
FREE shipping over $30 applies to these addresses.
Expedited shipping options (Next Day, 2-Day) are not available for these addresses.
Delivery times may vary (typically 5-7 business days) based on USPS schedules and location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
Real-time tracking updates via SMS (opt-in at checkout)
Track your order anytime in your account dashboard or using the tracking link in your email
Tracking numbers may take 12-24 hours to show movement after you receive your shipping notification.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier will be displayed at checkout and in your shipping confirmation.
International Shipping
We're excited to announce international shipping is coming soon!

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
International destinations (temporarily—coming soon!)
Freight forwarders or package consolidation services
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or household members.
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at colby@bangertattoocare.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We may require a stolen package report or affidavit for replacement consideration.
Damaged Packages:
Inspect your package upon delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, take photos before opening.
Contact us within 48 hours with photos at colby@bangertattoocare.com for a replacement or refund.
Delayed Shipments:
While rare, carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or high volume.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing colby@bangertattoocare.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as orders may have already shipped.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Future International Orders)
When we launch international shipping:
You (the customer) are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country.
These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
